Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup consultation and personalized product recommendations to customers
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service with attention to individual needs and preferences
- Participate in in-store events and product launches to create impact and drive customer engagement
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the store's competitive positioning
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale software
- Support team performance and contribute to achieving store targets within a high-performing retail environment
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur level experience welcome if demonstrating high creative and technical expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in India
