The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, delivers personalized service to meet sales and service targets, and works with the team to uphold visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalized service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Create a distinctive in-store experience that educates, inspires and satisfies customers through a passionate approach to colleagues, the company, its products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store meets the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and customer relationship experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Ability to deliver engaging, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours in a fast-paced environment, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
- If invited to interview, candidates must provide proof that they are permitted to live and work in the country.
