As a talented Beauty Advisor, the successful candidate will deliver personalized consultations and exceptional customer service to drive sales and client satisfaction in a luxury beauty retail environment. Working collaboratively with team members, the role encompasses educating customers on premium beauty products, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and creating memorable in-store experiences that reflect the brand's commitment to elegance and excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with exceptional service and presence
- Deliver personalized and bespoke beauty consultations to drive sales and service metrics
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques
- Exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining service excellence
- Collaborate with team members to uphold visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
- Deliver consistent brand experiences that inspire, educate, and delight customers
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer service experience, preferably in the beauty sector
- Exceptional ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid documentation of legal right to live and work in Turkey
