The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, provides personalized service and distinctive in-store experiences, supports sales and service targets, and helps maintain visual merchandising standards. The role is full-time and temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver authentic, personalized service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Provide each customer with a distinctive in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights.
- Work with the store team to ensure the store meets the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and customer relationship experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Ability to deliver engaging, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours in a fast-paced environment, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
- If invited to interview, candidates must provide proof that they are authorized to live and work in the country.
