As a highly skilled Beauty Advisor, the candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The role involves executing in-store events as part of a high-performing team, maintaining elevated visual merchandising standards, and driving competitive differentiation. Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, consultative makeup application and beauty advice to customers in-store
• Conduct makeup demonstrations and applications that educate and inspire customers
• Execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the counter presents a competitive, elevated appearance
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
• Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Demonstrate authentic, inspirational customer service that reflects the brand's prestige positioning

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred
• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Flexibility to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events
• Legal right to work in India
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Skills

Experience

While formal makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, applications from individuals with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise are welcomed. Retail experience in a beauty or luxury environment is advantageous.

Education

Makeup artistry qualification or equivalent professional training preferred; however, candidates without formal credentials but possessing demonstrable technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
