As a Beauty Advisor, this role combines creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for personalized customer service in a retail environment. The incumbent will deliver inspirational in-store experiences, execute high-impact beauty events, and maintain visual merchandising excellence to differentiate the prestige beauty offering. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized makeup consultation and application services to customers
- Execute in-store beauty events and demonstrations alongside high-performing sales teams
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and point-of-sale presentation
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand heritage
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage sales transactions
- Achieve store targets and contribute to overall retail performance metrics
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise (professional certification or amateur-level proficiency welcomed)
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in India

Experience
Amateur or professional makeup application experience; previous retail makeup experience is preferred but not required. Prior retail point-of-sale experience is advantageous.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or formal training is desirable but not essential; secondary education or equivalent is typically expected.
