The Beauty Advisor delivers personalised customer service using creative and technical make-up expertise, supports in-store events, and maintains visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time, temporary position with an anticipated hourly pay range of $12.75–$20.25, plus eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical make-up expertise to serve customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
