As a Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder Companies, this role combines creative expertise and passion for customer engagement to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences in prestige beauty retail. The position encompasses makeup application, customer education, and visual merchandising execution while contributing to in-store events and maintaining elevated retail standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultation and application services to customers, combining creative and technical expertise
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service experiences that educate and delight clients
- Execute in-store visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive brand presentation
- Collaborate with high-performing retail team members to create impact through in-store events and promotions
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transaction processing
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with makeup techniques and industry trends
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special event days
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application (certification or retail experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in India

Experience
While makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise. Prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
