Estée Lauder Companies seeks experienced beauty advisors for multiple retail locations across Israel. The role encompasses client consultation and sales in the cosmetics and makeup category, visual merchandising of retail displays, and shift-based part-time work including weekend availability. Base salary plus performance bonuses are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and product recommendations to clients
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and close sales
- Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards of the beauty counter
- Work assigned shift schedules, including weekends
- Build client relationships and drive repeat business
- Adhere to company policies and visual merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in retail or cosmetics
- Knowledge of cosmetics products and application techniques (preferred)
- Cosmetology or makeup certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules including weekends
Skills
Experience
Required experience in sales; cosmetics industry experience is advantageous. Certification in cosmetics or makeup application is a valued addition.
Education
Cosmetology or makeup certification preferred but not required.
