Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and in-store beauty experiences that educate and delight customers
- Coordinate and execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities as part of the store team
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards and ensure the beauty counter stands out against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage customer transactions efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Formal certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred, though amateur-level experience is welcome if demonstrating high creative and technical expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Comfortable working retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
