Estée Lauder Companies seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences at a multibrand luxury counter. The successful candidate will combine creative and technical makeup expertise with exceptional customer service to educate and delight clientele, whilst contributing to high-performing team initiatives, in-store events, and visual merchandising excellence. Role & Responsibilities
- Apply creative and technical makeup expertise to provide personalized beauty consultations and makeovers for customers
- Educate customers on product benefits and techniques through demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities that drive engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to ensure the counter stands out competitively
- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately to process transactions and manage inventory
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and welcoming customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software

Experience

Education
