The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, delivers personalized service to support sales and customer-service targets, and works with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time, temporary role with retail-hours scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalized service to help achieve customer-service and sales targets.
- Deliver a distinctive in-store experience that informs, inspires and satisfies customers through a passionate approach to colleagues, the company, its products and services.
- Work with the team to ensure the store meets the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and customer-relations experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Ability to deliver engaging, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours in a fast-paced environment, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
- If invited to interview, candidates must provide proof that they are legally able to live and work in the country.
