The Beauty Advisor delivers a personalized, inspirational in-store experience through make-up artistry, supports store events and visual merchandising, and works collaboratively with the team. This seasonal, part-time role welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise; the anticipated hourly pay range is $12.75–$21.25, with the exact rate depending on experience, skills, education and budget, and geographic location may affect the range. Eligible employees may participate in a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry to serve customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country is required if invited to interview.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 12.75 to USD 21.25 per hour.
