Role & Responsibilities
- Create memorable, high-impact customer experiences on the shop floor through authentic engagement and personalised service

- Execute makeup artistry demonstrations and provide beauty recommendations aligned with individual client preferences and brand aesthetics
Qualifications
- Natural communicator with strong sales instincts and authentic client connection abilities
- Passionate about makeup artistry with demonstrated hands-on experience or equivalent cosmetics knowledge
- Multilingual capability preferred; Arabic proficiency is a strong asset
- Alignment with inclusive, respectful, bold, and self-expressive brand values
- Previous GCC retail experience preferred
Skills
Experience
Hands-on experience in makeup artistry or prestige beauty retail is advantageous; previous GCC retail experience is preferred. Confidence, charisma, and a commercial mindset are essential regardless of prior formal experience.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal beauty or cosmetics qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
