As a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder Companies, this role combines creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized in-store beauty experiences that educate and delight customers. The position involves collaborating with a high-performing team to execute in-store events, maintain visual merchandising excellence, and uphold the brand's prestige standards. While makeup artistry certification or prior retail beauty experience is preferred, candidates with amateur-level expertise and demonstrable creative talent are welcomed; comprehensive training and development support are provided.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store beauty consultations and makeup application services
- Execute in-store events and campaigns to create customer impact and drive brand engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store stands out competitively
- Collaborate with team members to achieve high performance targets and customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and beauty trends
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application and beauty consultation
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Willingness to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Valid proof of right to live and work in Argentina
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, candidates with amateur-level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required.
