A highly skilled beauty advisor combining creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for customers in prestige cosmetics and skincare. The role involves hands-on makeup artistry, customer education, retail sales, and collaboration with store teams to execute in-store events and maintain visual merchandising excellence. While formal makeup artistry certification or retail beauty experience is preferred, candidates with amateur-level expertise and a demonstrated passion for customer engagement are encouraged to apply. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup application and beauty consultations to drive customer satisfaction and sales
- Educate customers on product benefits, techniques, and usage to create an authentic in-store experience
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing retail team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the beauty counter stands out competitively
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and complete transactional responsibilities
- Support store operations during extended retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Demonstrate product knowledge across the full range of prestige beauty brands
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or prior retail beauty experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation
