The Beauty Advisor combines creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver personalized in-store service, support events, and uphold visual merchandising standards. Full-time regular position; certification or retail makeup experience is preferred, though applicants with demonstrated amateur-level expertise are welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to advise customers on makeup.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
