Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and beauty consultation to customers in a welcoming, inspirational manner
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and brand heritage
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to compete effectively
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently

Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)

- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
