Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and inspirational in-store beauty consultations and makeup applications that educate and delight customers
- Deliver authentic, empathetic customer service across all customer interactions and touchpoints
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to create impact and drive brand engagement
- Maintain and uphold visual merchandising standards to ensure the store environment stands out against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing retail team to achieve store objectives
- Adapt to retail hours including evening shifts, weekend availability, and special event coverage
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in makeup artistry techniques and cosmetic application, either through formal certification, professional retail experience, or proven amateur-level proficiency
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems

Experience
