The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized, inspirational in-store service and contributes to events and visual merchandising standards. This part-time, temporary seasonal role welcomes applicants with retail sales or amateur-level experience demonstrating creative and technical expertise; anticipated base salary is $17.00–$20.00, depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget, based on a 40-hour work week and scaled accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Help ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience or amateur-level experience demonstrating a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
