The Beauty Advisor combines makeup artistry and customer-service expertise to deliver personalized in-store experiences, support events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Full-time, regular position at Sephora Orion in Bengaluru.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical makeup expertise and a passion for people to support customer interactions.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards so the store stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in India must be provided if invited to interview.

Previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is welcome.
