The Beauty Advisor combines make-up artistry expertise and customer focus to deliver personalized in-store service, support events and maintain visual merchandising standards. Full-time, regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical make-up expertise to serve customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards so it stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry qualifications or previous retail make-up experience are preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in India if invited to interview.
