The Beauty Advisor delivers personalised beauty consultations and customer service, supports in-store events, and maintains visual merchandising standards at The Cosmetics Company Store. This part-time, temporary role offers an hourly range of $12.75–$20.25 and eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to provide personalised customer service.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience or a retail sales qualification is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.

Retail sales experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also considered.
