Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a seasonal Beauty Advisor in Atlanta to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events, and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role offers $15–$25 per hour and eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical make-up expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Collaborate with the team on in-store events and help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry certification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
