Estée Lauder Companies seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor/Artist to combine creative expertise and genuine passion for customers, delivering inspirational and personalized in-store experiences. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a high-performing retail team to execute in-store events, maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, and educate customers on prestige beauty products whilst operating point-of-sale systems efficiently.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical expertise to provide personalized and inspirational in-store beauty consultations and makeovers
- Create welcoming and educational customer experiences that showcase prestige beauty products and their applications
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute in-store events and promotional activities that drive engagement and sales
- Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards throughout the beauty counter to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
- Uphold the brand's high standards of service excellence and store presentation
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Certification in makeup artistry or professional retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with proven creative and technical expertise also considered
- Right to live and work in Israel

Certification in makeup artistry or previous professional retail makeup experience is preferred. Candidates with demonstrated amateur-level creative and technical expertise are also welcomed and will receive comprehensive training and development support.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional qualification is desirable but not mandatory; applicants with strong creative and technical skills at amateur level are encouraged to apply.
