The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, delivers personalized service and an engaging in-store experience, works toward sales and service targets, and partners with the team to uphold visual merchandising standards. The role is temporary and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalized service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Deliver a distinctive in-store experience that educates, inspires, and satisfies each customer through a passionate approach to colleagues, the company, its products, and its services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the store meets the company's visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and customer relationship experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Ability to deliver engaging, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours in a fast-paced environment, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
- Candidates invited to interview must provide proof that they are legally permitted to live and work in the country.
