The Beauty Advisor at The Cosmetics Company Store delivers personalized makeup consultations, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards. This seasonal role requires retail-hour availability, including nights, weekends and special events, and pays $15–$23 per hour with eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, drawing on creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Collaborate with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
