The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store success by leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support the Store Manager in all retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale oversight
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage retail operations during assigned shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Monitor team performance against key metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Assist in training new team members and conducting performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a documented track record of coaching and mentoring team members
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, nights, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Proven supervisory and retail operations experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Track record of successfully coaching and developing team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
