Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support the Store Manager in all retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale oversight
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage retail operations during assigned shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Monitor team performance against key metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications
