Estée Lauder Companies seeks an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to lead and support the Store Manager in driving store success across sales, customer service, and operational targets. The role requires proven supervisory and coaching expertise gained in a fast-paced retail environment, with responsibility for developing Sales Associates, managing retail operations including inventory and cash reconciliation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and customer service benchmarks
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash reconciliation
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and ensure team members uphold brand standards
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and maintain operational compliance
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor team performance and coach individuals to reach their full potential
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven supervisory and coaching experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Strong track record of meeting sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management training or certification preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.50 to USD 32.50 per hour.
