Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets

Skills
Experience
Proven supervisory and coaching experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Demonstrated ability to mentor Sales Associates and drive achievement of sales and customer service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management training or certification is desirable.
