Assistant Store Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies' prestige cosmetics retail location in Saint Augustine, Florida. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Oversee daily retail operations including inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cash handling
- Maintain point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Deliver inspirational and personalized customer service to drive brand loyalty and repeat business
- Coach and mentor team members to reach their full potential and exceed performance objectives
- Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Strong operational knowledge including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education
