Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Naples, Florida to lead retail sales operations and develop a prestige beauty store team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and strategic initiatives
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and merchandising standards
- Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and point-of-sale operations
- Schedule staff and manage shift coverage to maintain service levels
- Monitor retail performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
- Provide inspirational customer service and resolve escalated customer issues

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring capability
- Track record of achieving sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven supervisory experience within a fast-paced retail environment, with a demonstrated track record of successfully coaching and developing teams to meet or exceed sales and customer service objectives. Background in cosmetics or prestige beauty retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); further retail management certification or relevant training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 26 per hour.
