The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading and developing Sales Associates and achieving sales, service and operational targets, while contributing to customer service and retail operations. The role requires supervisory and coaching capability, cosmetics retail experience preferred, and availability for varied retail hours. Seasonal position with an anticipated hourly range of $15.29–$24.00, plus eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Previous supervisory experience and a track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
