Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Drive retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and loss prevention
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and ensure team members do the same
- Mentor and coach Sales Associates to reach their full potential and sales performance goals
- Manage retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Train team members on point-of-sale software and operational procedures

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events

Experience
Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty retail, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management certification or training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 35 per hour.
