Estée Lauder Companies seeks an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team to exceed all sales, customer service, and operational targets. The role requires proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations expertise gained in a fast-paced retail environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the Sales Associates team
- Drive achievement of all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Conduct staff coaching and mentoring to develop team members toward full potential
- Manage retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Oversee retail point-of-sale software operations and training
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Manage flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
