The Estée Lauder Companies, a premier global manufacturer and marketer of prestige beauty and personal care products, seeks an inspirational Assistant Store Manager for its cosmetics retail location in Grapevine, Texas. This full-time role involves supporting the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets. The successful candidate will bring proven supervisory and retail operations expertise from a fast-paced environment, with particular strength in coaching team members, managing inventory and cash operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ensure inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery across the team
- Manage retail point-of-sale software systems and associated transactions
- Supervise team performance during retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Coach and mentor Sales Associates to reach their full potential and achieve performance objectives
- Maintain store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States (verified proof required)

Experience
Proven supervisory and retail operations experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (inferred standard for retail supervisory role)

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 35 per hour.
