Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing the sales team to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to build client relationships and brand loyalty
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and maintain operational efficiency
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events to ensure optimal store coverage
- Coach and mentor Sales Associates to improve performance and achieve targets
- Support the execution of sales strategies and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others
- Expertise in retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven supervisory and retail operations experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within cosmetics or beauty retail. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or business education preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.50 to USD 21.50 per hour.
