Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Manage retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and maintain compliance with operational procedures
