The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with the efficient operation of The Cosmetics Company Store, an Estée Lauder Companies outlet. The full-time role is scheduled for 37.5 hours across five days and offers a competitive industry salary, commission scheme, product discount, and training and development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
  • Passion and energy for delivering inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours; availability can be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
  • Proof of the right to live and work in the country.
