Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve and exceed sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager in managing all operational aspects of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while modeling brand values
- Manage retail operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
- Mentor team members to reach their full potential and foster a high-performance retail culture

Qualifications

- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or business-related certification or training is a plus.
