Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure effective ongoing operations of the SVP's office and manage multiple concurrent priorities with strong multitasking capabilities
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, agendas, visa processing, and logistical coordination
- Manage complex executive calendars and handle all scheduling matters with diplomatic communication
- Serve as primary contact for planning high-level meetings (quarterly, regional, and bi-annual), including venue selection and catering coordination
- Process monthly expense reports using Concur expense management system
- Prepare professional documents including emails, communications, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and prepare recaps and follow-up action items
- Receive, review, and action all mail and email correspondence
- Manage town hall meetings and associated logistics
- Serve as backup administrative support to senior leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to solve routine problems of moderate scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to grasp the big picture
- Ability to manage tasks and projects autonomously with sound judgment and diplomatic approach
- Ability to interface effectively with all organizational levels, including senior leadership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service orientation
- Excellent follow-through skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle highly confidential material and correspondence with appropriate discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Skills
Experience
">3 years of administrative or executive support experience in a corporate setting. Prior experience supporting senior-level executives preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or some college coursework preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 33.30 to USD 52.30 per hour.
