Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Account Services Specialist in Bristol, PA to manage Premier Retail Partner accounts, order fulfillment, and supply chain operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Premier and Strategic Retail Partners, managing order fulfillment, shipment status tracking, and business reporting across all North America distribution centers
  • Support wholesale channels by capturing purchase orders for fulfillment and synchronizing orders with material availability and financial targets in accordance with SOX compliance guidelines
  • Analyze stock positions and utilize SAP capabilities, Availability to Promise (ATP), and Delivery Blocks to prioritize recommendations for achieving financial targets and sales objectives
  • Ensure all account shipments are properly executed to meet month-end ELC shipment targets and maintain inventory management across the brand portfolio
  • Collaborate with planners, event management teams, and buyers to manage sales goals and meet product/shipping revenue targets across all ELC brands
  • Research, resolve, and communicate Purchase Order discrepancies to business partners, retailers, distribution centers, and sales teams
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports from ordering systems summarizing shipment activities and revenue performance
  • Review open order reports daily, analyze data using Excel to inform business decisions and execute independent action to meet order cycle timelines and rush requests
  • Recommend cost-efficient routing and lead time solutions in collaboration with transportation groups to meet promotional and on-counter requirements
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with retailer contacts, implementing strategic initiatives to drive account improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems and third-party shipping vendors to track all orders end-to-end

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and stakeholder relationship management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes from order placement through delivery and post-delivery support
  • Ability to research, analyze, and communicate large volumes of data across multiple systems and processes
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and ability to maintain business confidentiality
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong understanding of transaction flows and their upstream and downstream business impacts
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive operational efficiencies
