Estée Lauder seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized makeup experiences, support in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards. This is a seasonal, part-time position at The Cosmetics Company Store in Orlando.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers through creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards so it stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also welcome.
