Estée Lauder seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store makeup consultation and application services at its M&S Pantheon location in London. This part-time role (15 hours weekly) combines creative makeup expertise with authentic customer engagement to create inspiring beauty experiences whilst maintaining visual merchandising excellence. Candidates with makeup artistry certification or retail beauty experience are preferred, though amateur-level applicants demonstrating strong technical and creative skills are encouraged to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and inspirational in-store beauty consultation and makeup application services to customers
- Deliver creative and technical expertise to educate customers on product benefits and techniques
- Execute in-store beauty events and demonstrations to drive sales impact and brand engagement
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards throughout the counter to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
