Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Beauty Consultant to deliver luxury cosmetics expertise and personalized skincare and makeup guidance at the Galeria Katowicka boutique in Katowice. The role combines client consultation, product recommendations, and sales execution with a focus on building lasting client relationships and achieving team sales objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare and makeup consultation to clients, with personalized product recommendations aligned to individual needs
- Execute sales transactions and contribute to team sales targets within a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and educate clients on product benefits and usage
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement
- Maintain salon image and brand representation through collaborative team efforts and visual merchandising support
