Estée Lauder seeks a Beauty Advisor in Hong Kong to provide personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Make-up artistry certification or prior retail make-up experience is preferred, with amateur experience welcomed for candidates demonstrating strong creative and technical expertise. Full-time regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using make-up artistry and product knowledge.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards so the store stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience preferred; amateur-level experience is welcomed when applicants can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in Hong Kong must be provided if invited to interview.
