Estée Lauder Beauty Consultant (Part-Time) in Budapest—provide expert makeup and skincare consultation in a prestige cosmetics retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultation to customers, assessing individual needs and recommending appropriate Estée Lauder products
- Assess customer requirements accurately and suggest suitable products tailored to their skin tone, type, and preferences
- Maintain store organization, visual presentation, and product displays to ensure aesthetic excellence and brand standards
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and in-store events to drive engagement and sales impact
- Consistently enhance customer satisfaction through authentic, inspirational, and personalized service delivery
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve store objectives and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in retail settings
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special promotional events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Hungary
- Intermediate English language proficiency (advantageous)
Skills
Experience
Retail makeup experience or demonstration of advanced amateur-level makeup expertise is preferred. Prior experience in retail beauty, luxury cosmetics, or luxury goods sectors is advantageous. While formal retail background is not mandatory, applicants should demonstrate familiarity with retail operations and customer-facing environments.
Education
Formal makeup artistry certification or accredited beauty training is desirable but not required. Secondary education or equivalent is expected. Applicants with demonstrated practical expertise through portfolio or prior retail experience are welcome.
