Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of legal work authorization in the United States upon hire
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and handle merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; demonstrated track record in customer-facing service execution within a retail sales environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal beauty or cosmetology certification is preferred but not required.
