Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalised service that meets assigned customer-service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspirational, informative and distinctive shopping experience for each customer through a passion for customer interaction, the company, its products and services.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services; cosmetics experience preferred.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work according to store opening hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, possible evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy.
