Estée Lauder seeks beauty advisors for multiple locations across Israel, including Ramla, Yavne, Jerusalem, Kfar Saba, Netanya, and Eilat. This part-time role combines cosmetics consultation and sales with stand merchandising oversight, working in rotating shifts including weekends. Compensation includes base salary and performance bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized cosmetics consultation and beauty recommendations to retail customers
- Execute product sales transactions and achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain visual presentation and compliance standards for brand display stands
- Work flexible rotating schedules including weekend and evening shifts
- Support inventory management and merchandise organization at point of sale
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in retail or beauty sectors
- Knowledge of cosmetics products and application techniques (preferred)
- Professional beauty certification or makeup artistry qualification (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience
